On the National Historic Register, the mansion was constructed in 1888 for Erasmus Nagle, president of the Union Mercantile Company. In 1910 the mansion became home to Governor and U.S. Senator Francis Warren.
Innkeeper Jim Osterfoss invites you to share in the rich western history of this breathtaking Victorian mansion, an easy and safe walk to many businesses, restaurants, the capital building complex, and most state government offices.
From the ornate wooden staircases, to the authentic period wallpaper, to the antique furniture, and 19th century style artwork, every room in the house has been decorated to recreate the elegance of the Victorian West.
This truly exquisite historic mansion sets the standard for unrestrained decor suitable for royalty, a fitting venue for your romantic getaway, wedding, or business conference.
